Spice things up with sizzling favorites hot from the wok and the wood-fired Chinese oven, plus romantic treats like Oysters on the Half Shell and Chocolate Dipped Strawberries For Two.

Crab Ravigote, Baby Greens, Heirloom Tomatoes
with Basil Vinaigrette & Chili Oil
½ cup mayonnaise 1 lb jumbo lump crab meat (cleaned)
2 tsp dijon mustard To taste salt & pepper
1 ea lemon (juice of) 6 ea heirloom tomatoes (large, diced)
½ cup red onion (minced) 1 ea red onion (sliced thin half moons)
¼ tsp garlic (minced) 4 heads lola rosa
¼ cup capers (rough chopped) 2 heads frisse
1 Tbs parsley (chopped) 3 oz basil vinaigrette
1 Tbs chervil (chopped) Drizzle chili oil
1 Tbs tarragon (chopped)
In small mixing bowl, combine the mayonnaise, mustard, lemon juice, onions, garlic, capers, parsley, chervil and tarragon. Mix well, then slowly fold in the crab. Be careful not to break the crab into pieces.

Chill for a minimum of 1 hour. Then (in small mixing bowl) add tomatoes, basil vinaigrette to coat, salt and pepper. Toss lightly. Place mixture in middle of plate, place a bouquet of greens in the middle of the tomato mixture, and top with crab ravigote. Drizzle with chili oil and a little more basil vinaigrette.

Chili Infused Oil
1 Tbs dark chili powder
¼ cup salad oil
1 garlic clove
Heat for 10 minutes on low heat. Then let sit for 1 hour and strain through cheese cloth.

Basil Vinaigrette
3 oz basil leaves (measure by weight for basil)
1 Tbs honey
½ oz dijon mustard
1.5 ea shallot
1 ea garlic cloves
½ cup rice wine vinegar
1 ¼ cups cups salad oil
Clean shallots and garlic. Measure out all ingredients. Put honey, dijon, garlic and shallots in blender. Turn on blender on low and add rice wine vinegar. Once mixture is blended, start adding basil and mix well. Slowly drizzle oil and puree until smooth. Add salt & pepper to taste.

2 oz Ty Ku Sake
½ fresh lime squeeze
½ oz Trader Vic’s passion syrup
Combine the sake, lime juice, syrup, and crushed ice in a cocktail shaker. Shake until chilled and pour entire contents of shaker (including the ice) into a martini glass. Garnish with a lime half.
