 Your Pre-Arrival Checklist The Sample Golf Resort and Spa  

Thank you for your most recent booking. As you begin thinking about your forthcoming visit, we wanted to give you the opportunity to pre-arrange any appointments and reservations so you have the best opportunity to maximize your experience with us. Due to the uniqueness of our resort, many of our amenities and activities can become committed quickly. Additionally, we would like to learn a little more about your preferences and requests. We encourage you to review this checklist and return it to us at your earliest convenience. We will respond with your itinerary within 48 hours of receipt of this checklist.

 Travel Planning Arranged transportation requires a 4 hour cancellation to avoid penalty.  

Our check-in time for registered guests is 4pm.  Please indicate your arrival details below, so we may try to accommodate your arrival needs expeditiously.

Our checkout time is 12noon.  Please indicate your departure details below, so we may try to best accommodate your departure needs.

Sedan Service is provided by XYZ Transportation.  Sedans may only accommodate 3 passengers, however, larger vehicles are also available.  One-way Airport transfer is $85 for a sedan & $75 for a van.

 The Dining Room Reservations required - Jackets suggested, but not required for dinner.

Cruises aboard "The Yacht" are limited to 24 passengers.  All cruises include appropriate beverages.
"The Yacht" is also available for private charter.  Times are subject to change based on the season.
