PRODUCT OVERVIEW Returnity provides advantages for everyone on your team, as shown here: For Your Front Office Team   Purpose: Returnity was created by hoteliers to automate reservation confirmations via email, thereby eliminating the time and cost required to generate confirmations manually. Execution: This electronic turnkey solution can be programmed to execute as often as every half-hour or at set times throughout the day. During execution, Returnity reaches into the PMS data to retrieve new reservations, then merges that information with the email template and sends it via Internet. Usage: Settings can be easily changed by your staff. For example, reservations personnel can select segments of guests who will (or will not) receive confirmations, pre-arrival message or departure notes.       Then similar selections are made for varying the message to specific groups of guests. For example, you may wish to insert a strict cancellation clause for specific event dates, or for a certain group. Some hotels use this function to provide specific details for each package offered.       Settings can also be adjusted to send a new, updated confirmation when a reservation is changed. Because of the need to provide printed confirmations at times, special programming allows agents to select a printed hard-copy confirmation for mailing. Installation: Most Returnity installations are on an application server and run automatically. However, as an alternative, Returnity can be installed on a reservations work station and run manually as needed.
