Application:
Designed exclusively for hotels, Returnity is a Windows application that performs a complex series of data
manipulations with an interface that’s simple to use.
Access:
The program can reside on an existing application server or even a reservations work station. This machine
must have access to the PMS database and internet access to distribute the emails.
Execution:
The PMS reservations data is merged with the html confirmation template, then sent out via
your SMTP server or LMG’s secure web server.
Setup:
Most of the system setup is completed before the program is installed at the hotel. Additional setup and ongoing
tasks can be performed by hotel staff.
Interface:
The program interfaces with any ODBC compliant PMS database, and has even been programmed to convert data from
non-compliant platforms like AS400. The Returnity experts are familiar with numerous systems, including:
